With deep roots in DTC ecommerce as a retailer, 1800wheelchair took it's deep knowledge of the market and created their own wheelchair. The business changed and they were dealing with purchasing, inventory, and b2b sales in a whole new way. Quickbooks and spreadsheets could not scale for their business.

19prince came in to help them find the right software to enable new levels of growth. After an extensive discovery, we found several promising software options. We landed on Odoo due to it's flexible and cost-effective pricing structure.

The launch took advantage of Odoo's modular configuration. First, we launch the B2B sales with order entry and CRM. This allowed transparency and increased efficiency.

Next, we setup warehouse with a new receiving and fulfillment system - this included wireless scanners and printers. The results included faster fulfillment, fewer stock-outs, better forecasting, and increase productivity.

The final step will integrate additional ecommerce properties and a call center into the system.
